Booking Policy

We value your time and strive to provide exceptional services that exceed your expectations. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone or cancel your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and respect for other clients' schedules, we kindly request that you adhere to the following booking policy:

1. Scheduling: Please book your appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. You can book your appointment online through our website or by calling us at   (305) 290-1521.

2. Confirmation: Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.

3. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other clients. 

4. Late Arrivals: We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

5. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying us, you will be considered a no-show. After 1 no-show, you may be required to prepay for future services.

6. Foreign Fills: We do not accept foreign fills. If you currently have lash extensions from another salon, you will need to book a lash removal and full new set with us.

7. Payment: Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards and cash. 

8. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered. However, we strive for your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your service, please let us know within 48 hours and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
