Before booking with Face Card Miami, please read the policy down below.

If you book an appointment, you consent to agree with this policy.

POLICY UPON BOOKING ANY SERVICE:

• All deposits upon booking are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance, and your deposit will still count towards your service.
• If you wish to cancel, the deposit will be kept. As stated above, all deposits are non-refundable.
• You have a 15-minute late grace period to arrive at your appointment before your appointment is canceled, and your deposit will be kept. You may reschedule if this happens, and your deposit will still be counted toward the service.
• For Lash Appointments: You must come in with NO MASCARA, or you will be charged a $5 make-up removal fee.
